- On this website: the site has no accounts and no forms, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on it.
- Server records: like most websites, our hosting may keep routine technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
- When you contact us: if you call, message us on WhatsApp, or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, business name, phone number, and requirements.
How we use it
We use the details you send us only to reply to you, arrange a demo, and prepare a quote. We do not sell your information.
Third-party services
- Fonts: pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.
- Messaging: if you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to follow up on your request. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to [email protected].
The FXSOFT application
Businesses that use FXSOFT enter customer and transaction data into their own workspace, each in its own separate database. That data is processed on behalf of the business under its agreement with us, and the business remains responsible for it. This policy does not replace that agreement.
